Yes,
I'm worried bout the bending. Copper wire stretches easily (it can stretch up to 30% before it breaks), and stretched wire no longer "seats" properly.The biggest movement of the wires is at the bends, so putting sticky tape at those positions will cause problems. Best place to put sticky tape would be on the straights.
